This is a 1-on-1 experience which brings a deeper level to your meditation. Over the years I have crafted my shamanic voice to help you ease into a relaxed state of being, and I set the pace to suit your individual practice. What a session is actually like
We settle gently, beginning with deep breathing to release physical tension. From there I guide you, in my own unhurried shamanic voice, through a Moondragon script tailored to you, letting thoughts and worries drift by. We close with deep grounding, so you leave anchored and calm. In person sessions are wonderfully interactive; if travel or a busy diary is tricky, online is just as warm, from your own space. A pathway for you to enter a safe sacred space and request a meeting with your spirit guides. Knowing your guides enriches your spirituality and your spiritual experiences.
